rust_reboot/main (#165220)
merge from skinnable_ladder_hatches, new art/rebuilt all 4 ladder hatches, added workshop script for camera controls and open/close toggle, tweaked workshop export code to allow for differernt animation states and camera positions for screenshots/icon. Checked over by Elliot
